Voree will perform only the repairs you approve, don't want to upgrade to the larger hard drive or RAM? No problem! We'll do our best to work with you to get your system back up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible. Typically repairs are performed and completed within 1 - 3 business days after approval. In the event that parts will need to be ordered to fix and/or repair your system the turn around time starts the same day the parts arrive at our repair center. During the entire repair process you can easily check the status of your system using the following link. You'll simply need to submit the same e-mail address this repair was checked in under and you can easily see what your systems current status is -- keep in mind you will instantly receive an e-mail when any new work or updates have been made to your system.

Once your repair work is finally completed Voree will offer free return ground shipping, this is free of charge for all approved repairs. If you would like you can pay an additional fee to get this system expedited.
