Voree is often times successful in recovering the contents on the drive but there are some cases when a hard drive may be in such disarray they we cannot recover all the contents – the best advice is to bring your hard drive in for inspection as soon as possible. Often times we've received calls from customers who attempt to repair or recover the contents on their own and often make a bad situation even worse.

Most customers are not even aware of the approximate size or amount of data they're looking to recover. With the increasing amount of data hard drives store today occasionally Voree may require the customer provide and external storage device so Voree can back-up and transfer the content over.
