The longer you leave a system running that's been infected the more risk you take with losing data and potentially facing a reinstall. One of the most typical forms of attack is from outdated and vulnerable applications that most customers either ignore to update or not even aware are available.

With Voree IT Solutions virus removal procedures we not only clean-up those threats but we'll find and update those vulnerabilities as well. The most common vulnerabilities we find our in Adobe reader, Adobe Flash, and Java – leaving these programs outdated leaves your system vulnerable to various threats while you're online. Web pages and online content use these applications to display various images & databases and are often exploited for this exact reason.
It's also critical to note there are a lot of threats that often appear to be legitimate windows alert or appear they may hoax themselves as being a virus cleaner or spy-ware removal tool.

Now onto our second option when facing these virus and malicious threats, if you bring your system in for inspection and Voree finds your system is suffering from a severe virus infection that a clean-up just won’t successfully remove or the clean-up may potentially leave your system unstable we'll recommend the fresh windows reinstall.
This procedure is guaranteed to completely remove any traces of the previous infections and/or threats. The bad news about this process is in doing so we're also going to delete and erase all the good content – your software, programs, data, music, etc. All of this content is potentially lost when performing this procedure.

The good news is we do offer recovery procedures, we can often bundle the data recovery into the labor rates for reinstalling windows. Physical data pictures, music, documents is the most commonly recovered – Programs however cannot be copied and will need to be reinstalled. The most common software our customers complain about losing would be Microsoft Office; this software is not included in a fresh reinstall.
