We are seeking a Desktop Support Tech to join our team in Center City Philadelphia!
You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients, remotely and on-site.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
MUST HAVE Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- MS Office suite, Outlook, Win7 to Win 10 expert level, MS Server and Networking experience and MUST
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
